With a strong vision for the future of fashion representation, Madison is the founder, CEO, and Director of Noemi James Management, a modern agency committed to discovering and nurturing the next generation of talent.

After spending a decade living in Florida, she moved to the UK and transformed her passion for creativity, fashion, and representation into the development of Noemi. Alongside directing the agency, she is currently studying Fashion Photography at Nottingham Trent University, bringing a creative and editorial perspective to the evolution of the brand.

Her work is centred around empowering talent, championing individuality, and creating meaningful opportunities within the modern fashion industry.
