At Noemi James Management, the safety, privacy and wellbeing of aspiring and represented Models is extremely important to us.
Unfortunately, individuals may falsely claim to represent Noemi, work as one of our scouts, or offer representation, castings or modelling opportunities on our behalf.
Please be cautious and always verify that any communication you receive is genuine.
OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION
Legitimate Noemi communication will come through our official Agency channels, including email addresses ending in:
@noemijamesmgmt.com
or through social-media accounts publicly identified as official Noemi James Management accounts.
If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, do not provide personal information or documents until you have verified the sender directly with Noemi.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Noemi currently represents and considers Models aged 18 and over only.
We do not offer representation, development or modelling work to anyone under the age of 18.
If you are under 18 and receive a message from someone claiming to scout or recruit you for Noemi, please do not engage with them and contact the Agency through our official website.
NO UPFRONT APPLICATION OR SIGNING FEES
Noemi does not charge an upfront fee simply to:

apply for representation;

be considered by the Agency; or
-
sign a representation agreement.
Be cautious of anyone demanding payment in exchange for guaranteed representation, guaranteed Bookings or access to Noemi.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Noemi will never ask an applicant to send:

nude photographs;
-
sexually explicit photographs;

intimate photographs;
-
passwords or login credentials; or
-
unnecessary financial or highly sensitive personal information.
Where identity or work-authorisation information is legitimately required, Noemi will explain why it is needed and how it should be provided.
MEETINGS AND CASTINGS
Noemi may communicate with Models through email, telephone, WhatsApp or professional video calls where appropriate.
However, we will never ask you to attend an undisclosed or unsafe location or pressure you into participating in a meeting, shoot, casting or activity that you are uncomfortable with.
Details concerning legitimate meetings, castings and Bookings will be communicated clearly through official Agency channels.
VERIFY BEFORE YOU RESPOND
If somebody claiming to represent Noemi contacts you and you are unsure whether they are genuine:
Do not send money, photographs, identification or personal information.
Instead, contact Noemi directly using the details published on our official website so that we can verify the communication.
REPORT SUSPICIOUS CONTACT
If you believe someone is impersonating Noemi James Management, one of our team members or an Agency scout, please send details of the communication to:
Where possible, include screenshots, the sender's username or email address and any other relevant information.
We take impersonation and fraudulent recruitment seriously and may report misuse of Noemi's name, branding or identity to the relevant platform or authorities where appropriate.
