At Noemi James Management, we take a clear and consistent approach to age requirements. Noemi currently represents models aged 18 and over only.

We do not accept applications, offer representation, provide model development or arrange modelling work for anyone under the age of 18.

CAN I APPLY TO NOEMI IF I AM UNDER 18?

No. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time you submit your application.

Applications from anyone under 18 will not be progressed, including where permission has been provided by a parent or legal guardian.

CAN MY PARENT OR GUARDIAN GIVE PERMISSION FOR ME TO APPLY?

No. Parental or guardian consent does not override Noemi’s minimum age requirement.

Our current policy is to represent and work with adults aged 18 and over only.

CAN I APPLY BEFORE MY 18TH BIRTHDAY?

Please wait until you have turned 18 before submitting an application.

Once you are 18, you are welcome to apply through Noemi’s official application or scouting channels when applications are open.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I APPLY WHILE UNDER 18?

Your application will not be progressed.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information, including their date of birth. Applicants must not state or confirm that they are 18 or over where this is not true.

If Noemi becomes aware that an applicant is under 18, their application will be closed.

CAN I CONTACT NOEMI BEFORE I TURN 18?

You are welcome to follow Noemi and our work, but we will not assess, interview, develop or enter into representation discussions with applicants under 18.

WHAT HAPPENS TO INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY SOMEONE UNDER 18?

Personal information submitted to Noemi will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection requirements.

Where an application has been submitted by someone who does not meet our age requirements, Noemi will not use their materials for modelling representation or development.

DOES NOEMI SCOUT MODELS UNDER 18?

Noemi does not currently offer representation to anyone under the age of 18.

If someone claiming to represent Noemi contacts you while you are under 18 and requests payment, intimate photographs, identification documents or a private meeting, do not provide them with anything. Please contact Noemi directly using the official contact details published on our website.

WILL NOEMI REPRESENT UNDER-18 MODELS IN THE FUTURE?

Our current policy is 18+ only.

Noemi may review its eligibility requirements as the Agency develops. Any future changes will be communicated through our official website and channels.

AGE DECLARATION

By submitting an application to Noemi James Management, applicants confirm that they are 18 years of age or older and that the date of birth and other information they provide is accurate.

Noemi reserves the right to close an application where an applicant does not meet our eligibility requirements or has provided false or inaccurate information.
