OUR STORY
Noemi James was founded in September 2025, born from a simple but powerful observation: exceptional talent exists everywhere, and too much of it goes unnoticed.
Based in the East Midlands, the agency was created to bridge the gap between regional potential and global opportunity. Officially registered in January 2026, Noemi James was built with the intention of developing models and creatives locally while opening doors to major markets, including London, Manchester, New York, Paris, and beyond.
We exist to ensure that geography is never a limitation to ambition.
At Noemi James, development comes first.
We do not mould individuals into industry templates. We do not dilute personality for the sake of conformity. Instead, we work with models as they are, helping them refine their strengths, build confidence, and shape their own narrative within the industry.

The Name
“Noemi” is intentionally distinctive, memorable, slightly unexpected, and impossible to ignore. “James” carries legacy, named in honour of family and rooted in heritage.
