Born from the vision of Madison Flower, a fashion photography student at Nottingham Trent University, Noémi was created to bridge a gap she saw firsthand: extraordinary faces across the East Midlands who lacked industry knowledge, access, or the right mentorship to take their first step. Noémi exists to change that. We don’t just find talent — we mould it, support it, and prepare it for global opportunities.
