Noemi James Management is an independent UK modelling agency built around individuality, development and long term careers. We represent and develop emerging talent across fashion, editorial, commercial and runway, taking a personal and considered approach to every Model we work with. At Noemi, we look beyond simply finding a face. We look for individuality, character, professionalism and potential, working closely with our Models to understand where they fit within the industry and where their careers could go.

OUR APPROACH

Noemi operates with a Mother Agency led approach to representation, combining hands on development with professional management, direct Bookings and strategic agency Placements. From digitals, portfolios and casting preparation to Client submissions, career guidance and market positioning, our aim is to give Models the foundations they need to navigate the industry professionally and confidently. Where the right opportunity exists, we also work to place talent with suitable agencies across the UK and internationally. There is no single route through modelling, and we don't believe every Model should be developed in the same way.

PEOPLE FIRST

People are at the heart of Noemi. Our Agency is built around integrity, kindness, honesty, respect, accountability and professionalism. We want to build successful careers without losing sight of the person behind the Model. We believe in recognising what makes somebody distinctive rather than forcing them into a predetermined mould. Some of our Models come to us with experience; others are at the very beginning of their careers. What matters to us is potential, attitude and character.

THE FOUNDER

Noemi was founded by Madison Flower, a fashion photographer and Fashion Photography student at Nottingham Trent University. Coming into the industry through photography gave Madison an understanding of both sides of the camera and inspired her to create an Agency centred around making space for people within the fashion industry. 

As Founder and Director, Madison remains closely involved in Noemi's creative direction, Model development and representation, working alongside the team to discover new talent, build industry relationships and create opportunities for the Agency's growing roster.

Noemi is an Agency in its growth, with ambitions extending across the UK and internationally.

We are building our roster carefully, developing meaningful industry relationships and creating an Agency capable of giving emerging talent the opportunity to be seen, developed and taken seriously.
